Hi All!

I joined a few weeks go when I ordered Virgin services for my new house, its all installed and working fine but I have a billing question!

I have my first bill (online), and looking at it there is a £75 "V+ Box Install" item which is correct as it is under the half price installation offer that is being ran.

However, I also have an item titled "V+ Service Fee" which is £100. I wasnt aware of this when signing up, and I cannot find much about this. Does anybody know what this is for and if it is normal to see this?
