Re: New laptop. Decisions, decisions.

Thanks Dru, I have been Googling like silly to try to understand the difference in the processors and I thought it sounded like the Intel Core 2 Duo T5450 / 1.66 GHz was the best bet, so maybe I'm starting to get the hang of this components lark. The larger HD would be a bonus, so that was another plus. I just wasn't sure if the extra cost of the 'Core Duo' and extra HD was justified.

I would like the laptop to last for a fair few years if possible, so, I'm hoping the higher spec one would do that.
