One girl I used to work with would badmouth her hometown (and where she still lived!) so much that I decided to start agreeing with her, and listing more of its bad qualities! She got mad at me! (But it got her to stop the daily rants, so mission accomplished!)

I think both sides are right. If you're not happy where you are, you're never going to be. And if you think it's lovely where you are, you're not going to be disappointed either. (It's a wide fence I've got here, so quite comfy to sit on..)
