PCNE has been free for years on Sky and before Exntl combined with Telewest the prices for all the asian packages were low but since merger they have kept the Telewest prices for these channels which are slightly higher.

Some of the Asian channels should actually be included free in the XL pack. Sky currently offer the whole star package in their top package free of charge.
