Smile Re: Cannabis laws to be strengthened(reclassified)

In my original post I said that "drugs, cigarettes and alcohol CAN have a detrimental effect on your health"

Equally, there will be people who, despite using them, will be relatively unaffected.

The secret to long life is doing everything in moderation so taking the occasional drag, drink or spliff is unlikely to do you much harm unless you are very unlucky, which is possible.

When someone dies it always has a devastating effect on family, friends and neighbours. It's made worse if the manner of their death was unnecessary and avoidable, but it's really sad when other innocent people are also killed in the process.

As for stress, the best remedy is moderate exercise since not only does it make you feel better it actually does you some good.
