But this is about Xbox Live, where realistically so much of what goes on is unmoderated being setup by the individual users. Where there are no active regulators, chaos will develop. I've seen this issue with some PC servers that enable speech, or even just poor text messages typed in the game. It's why the more serious gamers all end up finding their won clans of likeminded people, so they can be in a pleasant environment.
