I think folk have failed to realise my original point of how chopping and changing the rules has only confused an already confused public further.

Mind I think any effort to control addictive substances is always going to be trailing behind the realities of the situation anyway.Locking the stable door after the event so to speak.

This government has it's one addiction of thinking that to govern they must nanny us practically to death either through stringent laws or intense nagging.
