Yes there are refuges for male victims of domestic violence.
The BNP are not called racist because of their support for "indiginous caucasians" it's for their racist attitude towards non-indiginous caucasians, stating that someone born here who isn't caucasian should have fewer rights than someone who was born here but is caucasian.
Not providing a service for all members of society isn't racist, stating that people of another colour should not have any access to services is.
It's something which is obviously too complicated for the BNP and their followers to understand, hence their attempt at using the girl guides to claim they are not racist.
