If I understand correctly southwell, you have the the connections already in place from a previous contract? If so you will not have to activate anything, that's down to the engineer when he comes tomorrow. When he leaves your house your phone should be up and running, as regards the BB he will fit a modem and check that you have a connection, its down to you to set up your computer. In my opinion you have got yourself the best option, VM-BB and phone plus Sky tv, nice one.
