I think you will find, trevorino, that if you go to a large number of schools in small towns and villages, it would be unusual to find a non-white face in a lot of them. And as another poster pointed out, you can have white Jews, white Muslims, and Parsees are very light-skinned, and often mistaken for Europeans.
btw, you state twice "white indigenous", that is, a qualified noun - does that mean you agree there can be non-white indigenes? (Otherwise, you would have just stated "indigenous" - unless you just get a thrill out of typing the word "white"?).

Not a lot of difference, and it is a subset of boys, not all children; but then, bringing facts into a discussion, rather than twisting them to suit your purpose, wouldn't really further your purpose, would it?
btw, you forgot these figures -
Black boys are six times more likely to be excluded from school than their white counterparts
The Black population of England is 4.6%, yet the percentage of black prisoners is almost 17%. Meanwhile, black students account for just 3% of undergraduates

the Statistical First Release shows the percentage of pupils achieving 5 or more A* to C grades at GCSE and equivalent:
• White: up 2.8 percentage points to 55.1 per cent
• Black Caribbean: up 6 percentage points to 41.7 per cent.
• Black African: up 5 percentage points to 48.3 per cent.
• Indian: up 3.5 percentage points to 70.1 per cent
• Pakistani: up 3.2 percentage points to 48.4 per cent
• Bangladeshi: up 4.3 percentage points to 52.7 per cent
• Chinese: up 6.8 percentage points from 74.2 in 2004 to 81.0 percent in 2005, performing considerably higher than any other group

btw (and this may make your head explode, so sorry), "traditional British Christianity" has its foundations in the Middle East (you know, where those olive-skinned people live), and then was promulgated by the Roman Empire (from Italy, where they are also olive-skinned)
