He might be in the Police, but I have to say he is wrong on the speed issue. You can and sometimes will be done for going over the limit by 1mph. The speed limit is a law we have to abide by, the guidelines that state 35mph are just guidelines and do not have to be followed.

Doesnt make it right, or fair though.
Sometimes its impossible to be exactly on the 30 mark...everyone goes over/under, unless your a perfect human then its gonna happen.
Quite ironic really, go 1 mile over the 30 limit and get a fine and 3 points, go under the speed limit and end up annoying all the other drivers behind you and may still get a tellin off from the police for going too slow (known this to happen...ppl doing 25 in a 30 zone...)
I have no respect for the police what so ever, i only ever see them catching people speeding, never bother stopping real crime though...
