get some sticky lables and price everything up the night before, people do jump on you as soon as you arrive so if the labels are stuck on the job is half done.

Also orange trays can be good to use so you can lay the goods out in them and price them up then put them in your boot - even transferring them from the boot to the table still in the orange tray - saving time.
