Thing is, TV's have their own built-in upscalers & if you spend £3-5K it might even be good enough not to need any extra help - so on paper external upscaling appears redundant - but the like of you and I who spend less than half that, find V+ upscaling a very real improvement in PQ - i would pay £75 for the upscaling alone
