We had something similar in the ASDA Car park, this pedestrain crossing from the parent and child bit.

Cars stopped, but on car went speeding through the crossing and we with child where half way accross. I shouted all the F's under the sun and the women stopped because she had her WIndow open and said "What" as on can imagin I lost it at her and she said, I am sorry and she had two small children in the back as well - just shows how much some road users dont care!
