Hi there,

The best and the right way to do it is to hire a buffing machine and buff the floor with a 100 grid sanding screen(light buffing).Then get a good quality varnish(Bona) in silkmatt or gloss finish i you want to be realy shiny.Aplly then a realy thick coat of varnish and your floor is ready.
