Okay, I have just found out that a collegue of mine who has been with the company less than 2yrs and who is making an awful lot of mistakes etc etc and is doing the exact same job as me but is 2yrs younger.

I know he does the same job as i sit directly infront of him and i am on his team, am also his friend.

Anyway, we have just had our annual pay reviewed and unfortunately none of us have had a pay rise but i have just found of my collegue/friend is on £2800 more than me?

How can this be?

I have been with the company 8yrs and done so much more, achieved more about the job etc etc and be cut out of the higher wage?

This has really annoyed me.
