Re: More prices rises (not those CF have reported)

Ben, This seems to be more complicated than at first it seemed.

I am on the 'old' BB and TV bundle, 2 for £20, which, of course is no longer available as it has become the 2 for £25.

I have this upgraded to TV XL and BB L, making a total of £20 + £9 + £7 = £36.

Let's ignore ebilling as I have another issue about this currently being investigate by Virgin Media.

I have, up until now, thought that my increase would be £1 for the bundle and £1.50 for TV XL as it is 'outwith' the bundle, making a £2.50 increase.

I have today received my 'increase letter'. It says my increase is to be £2.

Being less than what I thought, I'm happy but I wonder how accurate these letters are and how binding on Virgin Media they are?

If my bill is different than £36 + £2 = £38 then presumeably Virgin Media's own letter to me is a written contract to provide my current services at the advised price.

I'd appreciate your thoughts.
