These last few months have really highlighted the difference between Blair and Brown. Blair would never have constantly 'dithered' and backtrack whenever anyone opposed him, the moment something could be unpopular and cost votes Brown backs down.

You can't have a prime minster that gives in to every headline, Brown is far to worried about losing the election he shows no spine or conviction. As a result he will almost certainly lose.
