How big would you make the Windows partition?

The minimum for Vista Business 64bit appears to be 30 gig..

I am assuming that I can store all the files in the Mac partition (music, pictures, documents, videos etc.) and I be able to access them when I'm using Vista?
|
Sadly, no. Windows cannot read Mac formatted disks without extra software. The only reliable software I have found is macdrive (
http://www.macdrive.com/ ) but this isn't free. It's not expensive though.

And is there a Ctrl C, V & X?

There is... You use it the same way, but instead of pressing control, you press the apple key
That is a full size imac keyboard, but the layout is similar enough. Apple is the key immediately to the left of the space bar.
