Funny how similar posts come up at similar times.
Invitation to treat, well the original deal you saw.
Offer, well you made one at £699 BNPL
Acceptance, they did and they delivered the goods on that basis.
Consideration, well Littlewoods Card Services or whoever administers the statement side has paid them for it and you have a liability to them.

It is a technology problem, they effectively cancelled the original order and the replacement order in March could not / was not put through on the same terms but that is not your problem.

Keep that statement safe. Photocopy it, Scan it etc.

If you pay the £699 before Feb 09 then your free and clear of this liability.
