When i opened up the case fully, well dust was so thick (bad me for not cleaning) it was clogging up all of the fans, which must have made it overheat making the comp shut down.
so in future i'm going to clean it at least every two months!

I presume from what you said that cleaning it has eliviated the shutdowns and all is ok now?
