VLF or Very low frequency refers to radio frequencies (RF) in the range of 3 kHz to 30 kHz

HF or High frequency refers to radio frequencies(RF) in the range of 3 and 30 MHz.

LF or Low Frequency refers to radio frequencies (RF) in the range of 30 kHz–300 kHz

As I understand it, The LF/HF ratio is used to determine heart rate variability. As for the percentage should it not perhaps read 7.46% or 74.6%?
