Wasnt being "clever" stating a fact, far too many times do I see whining, stupid customers, who have common sense to pick up something and figure it out. its really not that hard. PLus you could saved your self probably £30 in phone calls! It's like "users" want companies to spoon feed them and change their nappy at every stage.
