One of the things Silentnight have said us is that you should not sit on the edge of the bed / mattress as it can cause sagging....


So - any of you guys and girls had this recommendation from any mattress manufacturer and is it in writing - i.e. FAQ of mattress guide or are they BS'ing us...

Also - if you not supposed to sit on the side of the mattress, how the hell are you meant to get into bed....jump into it and not touch the sides??
