You might be able to use the phone charges increase to cancel just the phone, but I'm not 100% sure.
You couldn't increase to XL tv and then cancel as you would be made aware of the post 1st June change in price when you added it, therefore the price change clause wouldn't apply

But the main price change is the
all services bundles (ie. 2 for £20 or 3 for £30 etc). So to cancel under the clause you would have to remove all services.
You couldn't use the TV XL increase to cancel the whole TV service, as 'cancelling the affected service' would just downgrade you to TV L
