Also whilst I'm here, can anyone recommend any anti spyware? I did have Spybot and Adaware, but I've been told these are not very good?

Any help appreciated!

Adaware used to be excellent. The latest one is a disaster. It installs a file called Adaware Service which runs all the time and soaks up a huge slice of memory, even when you are not running the program. In the past I have always used it.Unless they do something to stop it being such a resource hog I would strongly advise against installing it now. I have totally removed it from my computers.
AVG Free is as good as most, and costs nothing.
