In actual fact, having heard more about his I've now modified my rather harsh views on old 2 Jags somewhat.
He's saying that it was all the pressure of high office which led to his unfortunate suffering..... That'd be all the pressure of talking utter garbage, having an affair, playing croquet, parking in disabled bays, driving 200 yards with his wife to the party conference and generally living the high life at our expense ...
