Hello to you all. Recently had problems with PC Guard (session keeps timing out during activation) so after several emails and expensive telephone calls to the help desk who told me that it was a Microsoft problems I received the following:

I?m sorry to hear you?re having problems installing PCGuard.

We are having some problems with PCGuard on our Servers at the moment.
This Problem prevents you from downloading and/or activating PCGuard.
We are aware of the problem and are working on it to resolve it as soon as possible.

If there's anything else we can help with, please let us know.

No mention of this problem is listed anywhere I can see.

Has anyone else had problems activating PC Guard or know what the problems could be?
