tried another browser just incase its a browser issue? Tried that
changed to another proxy, if using one? No proxy
do you know of anyone else in the same area? can they hit the site?
have you got an adblock? if so let the site be accessible.
have you updated your host file? C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\host (open with notepad)
if this has 127.0.0.1 and the website put a # in front of that line then save

it could be your ip is blocked from that site, from the sites side, not your ISP

can you go to this site?
