V+ Ethernet and Homeplug

Hi Guys,

Im new to the forum, so Hi...

I have a question for you experts out there, I have recently been connected to Virgin V+ and I am trying to setup a nice Homeplug network around the house sending the Virgin signal through a Router (Ethernet) such as Zyxels box or slingbox and have a reciever at the other end (from any plug socket) recieve the signal..

I have looked at many solutions Slingbox being the only one I can find that takes a standard TV signal (Component, HDMI, SVid etc) and sends around the house having the following connections:

V+ Box --> Slingbox (HDMI IN) --> Homeplug (sockets) --> Desitination (Socket) --> SlingCatcher --> Remote TV

My Question is is it possible to use the V+ box as an Ethernet network device using the V+ ethernet connection, to plug into something like the Zyxel homeplug system?

Nigel.
