And then the prices will go up not down and we will have to pay more for our shopping. Maybe some foodstuff have gone up in price but how do you people expect to get it cheaper? Supermarkets buy in quantity and sell it cheaper than everywhere else. Its not like your going to get the best prices buying from Arkwright round the corner is it? If that profit Tescos quoted is net or gross there is still millions in tax been paid on it
