Roy, your Vbox records to harddrive (70 hours plus) and the quality is very high. It should then transmit a signal to a dvd recorder or vcr for long term or additional storage.

Upto now, down in the S.West, my area, reception is perfect and I have not experienced any breakdowns of service.

However I still have not been able to store recorded pictures (only sound) to my vcr (apart from one brief session a couple of weeks ago).

So I am going to contact virginmedia direct re this problem incase the problem lies at their end.
