I have an 875 (it was a bit dearer), but it's great to use. When you initially program it, you create "activities"; like "watch PVR" or "Watch DVD"... each of these has the appropriate devices associated - together with any setup options you require (i.e. selecting the appropriate channel on the TV and input on the amp). The main remote buttons then control the appropriate playback or tuning device. Piece of proverbial p!ss.
