I just rang them I was paying £87 a month for XL Broadband XL Tv and Talk evening & weekends . Did a 1 off payment of £100 with a credit of £40 so call £60 to take of the monthy £10 V-plus charge and took of the evening and weekends on the phone because I never use it. Brings the bill down nicely to £55 for everything I already had with a differnt phone deal of course. Well happy with that and the lad on the phone was Excellent best call to a customer service department I have ever made
