Do you have an area reference on your bill?

Do you ONLY have broadband from Virgin? And does your account number start with a 5?

It is possible that you are billed on the remaining ex-ntl billing system. This means you will not be able to sign up to e-billing until 7th May, when broadband billing for those areas is transferred to the VM billing system.
