Have you, or a friend, every said something inappropriate, but in an amusing way?

I say this, because one of the girls at work went off on Maternity leave on Friday. As she left work with a friend (I was close behind), the friend said to the woman "'ere's your ride home". I was half expecting a car. Didn't see one. What I did see (and what the friend was pointing at) was a horse drawn hearse.

Something which my mate (standing next to me) took great delight in pointing out.

She apparently thought it was just a horse drawn carriage.
