Its a nice little carrot to dangle in public I think.

But why not spend the money on making sure that people get 100% speed they pay for now?

Makes sense to me but I dont see things in numbers of customers paying " x " amount of money= very happy richard branson.

Forget that there are speed issues at the moment, lets crank the speed up higher, the mugs ( in all respect ) will come in their droves.

There should be no speed increase until they get their act together on what people are being duped out of now.
