I had an issue with Lycos today actually, rang their helpline and they had it sorted in under 5 minutes. (FYI it was about not being able to edit the name servers, it was asking me to add it onto my package but it should have already been there). First issue I've ever had. Top notch. For the £4.68 (price including vat Just quoted) Do I get full access to using a different host etc including name server changes?
£6.56 I'm paying from 123-reg (used to be £6.09) and now I feel like I'm getting done.
