The channel ID 0.0 and 1.0 use the same Downconverter in the fallow frequency:
RF Interface : 2150 to 2162Mhz
IF Frecuency : 14 - 26Mhz
I have a problem because I buy the new downconverter with the fallow specification:
RF Interface: 2150 to 2162Mhz
IF Frecuency: 30-42Mhz
The transceivers that use for connect to CMTS use the fallow specification
RF Interface : 2150 to 2162Mhz
IF Frecuency : 14 - 26Mhz
The company where I buy the new downconverte they tell me that I need:
re-configure your CMTS box to receive customer modem signal at 30 to 42 MHz range while requesting from customer modem to transmit at 14 to 26 MHz range.
My Question for all is: żIt is possible this, the cable modem can transmit in diferent frequency?
