You clearly feel very strong about this issue, your knowledge of sociology is obviously amazing and you seem desperate to use such a fun and exciting word as the "N word". So please, why don't you quit bitching and moaning about spotty and ginger people being insulted and go and call the next black person you dislike the "N word". I hope it works out well for you.
To get back on topic; Xbox Live, just like the internet, is a haven for neanderthals who act like they're anonymous. As the common demographic for Xbox Live is young white males, some seem to see it as an outlet for aggression against those who don't fit. It's not just racism, though that seems to be the most popular, it's many types of xenophobia.

I feel strongly about inequality, I feel as a white man I am the one who has to bite my tongue and watch what I say in case I upset some minority group while they whittle away at the white mans rights in the country all the time. I have never used the N word but I do not like the unequal way im told im not allowed to

Just play it safe and not use the word incase it causes offence, it's easy not to use a word

I do not get offended my point was I personally do not see any difference an insult is an insult and imo neither is worse than the other
