Not a good word to a Black S.A guy / lady, but, they ( the black guys on site ) were using it in the same manner as the USA guys are doing, taking the phish outta 'the man' and using it for their own use.

I hear this stuff all the time when I'm playing CoD4. To me, it's either little kids who laugh at the word 'boobies', or Americans. I hardly hear Brits saying it, but it does annoy me like mad. If it gets too bad then I just take off my headset.
