Which to confuse matters further is billed as £18 for broadband and £2 for phone line (for me at least), whereas this page

implies the full price for broadband would be £9, plus £11 for the phone line.
Aside: I've been on 2 for £20 for nearly a year now; would I be able to get 2 for £15.50 or is it definitely for new customers only?
