You would of received an address that is usually
joe.bloggs@ntlworld.com or
joe.bloggs@blueyonder.co.uk. Virgin Media will merge these into a
joe.bloggs@virginmedia.com address eventually.
If you have never received an email address you will need to contact Tech Support I think. You can do this by phoning their premium rate line or just hop onto the newsgroups and ask them there.
