For the past few days i have been having some trouble with my email accounts.
Basically i have using a dormant email account for the past 3 years so never bothered using my new account so it has been inactive since i got it.
Rather than use the premium rate phone number i used the contact us email and explained the situation but because it was to do with user/pass they could not help because of DPA regulations and asked that i phone the 0906 number which i did and my new account was activated so of course i tried to recreate the old email address i have been using and naturally it could not because it came up still in use.
Then this morning as i was about to change my contact details with all my friends and various sites that i am subscribed to, when i get a return phone call from the tech support i then explained the situation to him about the dormant account after a few security questions the dormant account was moved to my newly activated account.
So in conclusion may i gave them big
