Yes I have spoke to them they phoned me, i really dispise people who interfere with other people's posts..WHY do you do that, what satisfaction can you gain? IF you find my post irratatating or annoying do something else more beneficial to you. In all fairness I think Marge had assumed from your original post that you hadn't contacted them as you did not suggest anything to say that you had. You only mentioned that you had emailed them.

IF BT haven't assigned that number to anyone else. Have a wee chat with BT and see what they say and I hope you get it sorted out!
