I left Sky about 18months ago partly due to the poor Customer relations and partly due to Sky + problems that they weren't really interested in resolving. I've always found Virgin CS to be helpfull and in my opinion the V+ is far superior to Sky+. The only niggle I've got is when I can't see Champions League game because Sky put it on interactive and you can't access it through Virgin. That was the only reason I had Sky sports so I've cancelled it and now have to drag myself down to the pub to watch the footie. Oh the hardship...
