Within Outlook

Click....

Tools
--Email Accounts -left click.

View or change existing email account (make sure there's a green dot next to that) and then click next.

Click your email account(the one your using to send/receive mail), then click change, top left.

Click more settings, bottom right.

Click the fourth tab, Advanced setting. Now un-tick the box under "This server requires an encrypted connection" (SSL)

Then click OK.

Exit Outlook and then restart.

You will need to change your smtp to a bt one! So the above should not make any difference.

As your new address is using BT Broadband.

If you just need to print out mail goto http://www.virginmedia.com/account/sign-in.php and enter user name and password.
