Well I don't actually know that as the phone line just has an answering machine at the other end. I'd prefered to have spoken to someone about the case to give them a better understanding but hopefully I'll hear back soon.

Just to illustrate the issue here's a picture of the situation.

Is there anyone in the Kingston / New Malden area who could help get the spotting pushed through?
