It's wierd, just a little.
From my experience working on a tech support desk / service desk, 9 times out 10 - the angry / bad experience that user normally blames on the company i.e in this case Virgin, is more than likely down to mis configuration or user error. So when people *think* they have had it rough with a company, the actual fault is down to them.
Just a thought!
