There is no QOS on the cable network, hence why they use the STM for consumers (hard limit as opposed to dynamic with QOS). If there is no QOS how can they offer us business users a higher level of service?
We are on exactly the same UBR’s as consumers.

Thats not correct. Its £30 for the 4MB BB and £40 for the 10MB BB whether you go for the BB on its own or go for the Bundle package that includes a phone line for the same price.
